Enforcement of the Terms of Use will be governed by Arizona law, excluding its conflict and choice of law principles. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any claims arising out of or related to the Terms of Use or your use of the Website will lie in the state or federal courts located in Arizona and you irrevocably agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
